A packed dance floor doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone kept the night moving, held every supplier to the run sheet, knew when to speed things up and when to let a moment breathe, and kept every guest engaged and informed. That's the MC and coordination side of what I do, and couples consistently tell me it's what set their night apart.

Run sheet management

After studying hundreds of run sheets, I know what works and what doesn't. We work together to build the perfect run sheet for your wedding in the lead-up, and I'll handle every detail on the night without you needing to think about a thing.

I keep your guests informed and engaged with enthusiasm. Whether that's bringing everyone in for entrances or speeches, transitioning the room between moments, or simply letting people know what's happening next.

Timing and flow

Weddings rarely run to the minute. Mains running a bit late? I'll buy time without anyone noticing. Speeches finishing early? I'll keep the energy up and flow the room into the next moment before it goes flat.

Vendor co-ordination

I coordinate with your venue and suppliers before the wedding and on the day so that we're all communicating as a team to bring you the best experience on the day. Everyone knows the order of play.

The Process

1. ENQUIRE

Fill in the enquiry form and I will get back to you shortly with a proposal document that lays out all of my packages and pricing. You'll also be able to book in a video call to have a chat with me if you like!

2. BOOK

Submit the proposal, sign the contract, and pay a $500 deposit to lock in the date!

3. APP

Once the booking is confirmed, I give you access to your very own interactive music planning app. We will continue to keep in touch over the coming months.

4. CATCHUP

Our catch-up chat happens 1-2 months before to the wedding, where we review your progress so far, and map out the remaining steps before the big day.

Our final chat, 1-2 weeks before the wedding, is a chance to double-check everything and give you that extra peace of mind for a stress-free, smooth day.

How Much Do You Cost?

The honest answer is that there's no one-size-fits-all price, because no two weddings are the same. What you'll invest comes down to things like your guest count, your location (and any travel involved), the date of your wedding, and which packages or enhancements you choose to make the day yours.

The easiest way to find out is to simply send me an enquiry. I'll get back to you with a proposal that lays out all my packages and pricing, tailored to your wedding. I'm also happy to hop on a video call to meet you properly, take you through everything, and answer any of your questions.

To be upfront: my couples generally invest at least $3k for me on their wedding day. If you're comfortable with spending at least around that range, let's chat!

*Service for the Reception is up to 5 hours and no later than 12am. Service for the Full Day package is up to 8 hours, calculated from 30 minutes before the commencement of the ceremony to the end of the reception. Extra time is $200/hr before 12am or $400/hr after 12am.
